15 Bottle Wine Kits
These kits can be doubled up and fermented with standard 30 bottle equipment. If you opt to do this with the Stark Naked kits, a 30 Litre primary fermenter is advised as the fermentation is very active for the first few days. Otherwise see the iBrew section for equipment options.
5 different varieties of Cedars Gold 15 bottle ingredient kits are available; these take 2 to 3 weeks to make and produce good quality wine.
4 different varieties of Stark Naked ingredient kits are also available, the first pure grape juice kits (you don't even add water); these are of higher quality than other ingredient kits, and of equivalent quality to the best commercial wines. 100% pure unadulterated grape juice, they contain no added concentrates, and no added invert sugars. In total the recommended wine making method for these kits takes 3-4 months to make outstanding wine.

These are no ordinary wine kits. All Stark Naked wine kits are made from 100% pure, non-concentrated, single varietal grape juice. This means that there is no water to add, no sugar to add, in fact nothing to add other than the carefully selected yeast enclosed, to commence the wine making process.
The Stark Naked range of wine kits use only 100% single grape varieties – for example a Pinot Grigio is made using only Pinot Grigio grapes. So now you can make the finest wine from the finest ingredients in the comfort of your own home.
