Homebrew Beer/Cider Making Videos

Boiling the beer kit contents is no longer necessary with modern beer kits.
Plastic beer bottles will work. However, over time, plastic bottles allow CO2 to escape from the beer and also allow Oxygen to enter. We now supply a new technology plastic bottle constructed from 3 layers (Coopers Ox-Bar PET bottles). The middle layer consists of a special membrane that will stop CO2 escaping and Oxygen entering your beer. The difference is very significant! We suggest you use Ox-Bar bottles or else collect and use glass bottles. Another advantage of OxBar bottles is that glass shards can never break off the bottle neck during capping and fall into your beer.
