"How To" Videos
The videos below present real world procedures for making both homebrew wine and beer. If you watch them, you really can't go wrong when it comes to making your own home brewed beer or wine.
If only all the world was metric!
US gallons, and oF are mentioned in some of the videos, so a conversion is necessary:
- 6.5 US gallons = about 5 UK gallons (40 pints)
- 70 oF is 21 oC, 75 oF is 24 oC, 78 oF is 25.5 oC, and 80 oF is 26.5 oC. These are the temperatures referred to in the vidoes.
- If you are going to ferment a quality home made wine which will cost you 1.25 a bottle or more, you might consider using filtered water or bottled water which can be got for as low as 0.17 cents a liter in supermarkets.
The homebrew beer making videos also contain Coopers videos which show you how to make beer using the Coopers starter kit (and the BrewSmarter kits).
